Delete your account

You can request deletion of your Sherlocale account and all associated data at any time.

What gets deleted

• Your Firebase user record (UID, email).
• Your guess counters (free-tier counter, daily counter).
• Any subscription state tied to your account.

Photos are never stored on our servers, so there is nothing to delete from our side. Crash logs do not contain personal identifiers and are deleted automatically after 90 days.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to [email protected] from the Google account you used to sign in.
2. Use the subject line "Delete my Sherlocale account".
3. You don't need to include any additional information — your email address is enough to find your record.

How long it takes

We process deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when it's done.
